I am honoured to write this tribute to my mother. Everyone loved my mother. What a lovely lady that
battled with cancer for over 26 years. Her family were her life. She was a dressmaker tailoress
who could make anything she also did beautiful embroidery. She became ill but refused to let it get
her down. She battled on still looking after everyone when it should have been everyone looking
after her. She lived one day at a time and said she had too much to do to be poorly. She loved
life liked icing cakes still ran an alteration service till she died. Travelled all over the world.
Fullfilled all her wishes before she died one of them was to go to see Aunt Molly in Australia.
Passed her driving test. Saw her grandaughter being born and called after her. When she lost her
grandson Craig she was devastated but managed to hold us all up as usual. She loved dancing and a
good party. If you went to mums you were getting fed no matter what with one of her big dinners or
her delicious cakes or biscuits. She made all my clothes when I was small all her own designs.She
was one very talented lady. I still have my wedding dress she made for me which I will treasure with
pride. I was so pleased when you loved and welcomed Steve into our family. I am proud of my mum she
was an angel on earth and now she is one in heaven. R.i.p. mum you were my guardian angel. I love

Miss You Mum
Its Christmas Time again how you loved Christmas but somehow its not the same anymore without you. We have had another year of ups and downs two new little girls both well and ok what more can we ask for. Please send a couple of boys next time. Lee is 18 next week and comming down in New Year.Madge is doing well but most of all we found our Mary and Patrick as you will already know our Beverley is with you now. I love and miss you so much but know you are always with us.Watch over us all mum and hope next year is better than this one love always Pest.xx

our Elayne she tells a lot of lies,
She never did before.
From now until the day she dies,

She used to tell the truth a lot, but now it doesn't matter,
I died and went to heaven, her life is all a-shatter.
Ask our Elayne how is she,
She'll say 'Yes I'm Fine',
She wants to beg please help me,
I do miss that mum of mine!

She will say 'I'm alright',
If thats the truth then tell me,
Why does she cry each night?

She seems to cope so well,
She didn't have a choice you see,
Nor the strength to yell.
You think you know the feeling, but this cannot be,
For even though you loved me,
You didn't love as much as she.
She will smile and tell you, 'I'ts OK, God has a plan'
but she will turn away and cry, Cause she just can't understand.
Tell a joke and she will laugh, but she is not OK,
She wants to share the joke with me, but it will not be today.
I watch from here in Heaven, her distress, disturbs my peace,
Will someone please take care of her, and thus take care of me?
'Someday you will feel better', 'Yes, I Will', she lies,
She knows this will not happen, Until the day she dies.
'I was so lucky! I had her all those years!,
(They passed in a minute, I shed so many tears)
Ask my Elayne how is she, She'll say 'Thank You, Good',
She cannot tell you how she feels, Oh, how I wish she could.
Ask my Elayne how is she, 'I'm fine, I'm well, I'm coping.'
For God Sake, Elayne Just Tell The Truth, Just say your heart is broken.
Ask my Elayne how is she, 'I'm well, I'm good, and you?'
I'll shake my head in Heaven, it simply isn't true.
She'll love me all of her life, I loved her all of mine,
But if you ask how is she, she'll lie, and say she's fine.
Her carnival is over, she stepped off the carousel,
But to save you feeling badly, She'll say 'Thanks all is well'
our Elayne; She's not gone mad, Yet,
But Oh so very nearly,
Don't ask Elayne how is she?
Ask how is she, really.
I am here in Heaven, I cannot hug from here,
If she lies to you, don't listen, hug her, hold her near.
On the day we meet again, We'll smile and I'll be bold,
